Lou and Jonellen

Lou is profoundly dedicated to his wife Jonellen and to his son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. From the time he began his business, he has strictly limited the number of days he would travel each month, believing that much more attention needs to be paid to making a fun and nurturing home for those he loves.

Lou was raised to believe that all people have value and you will see this right away when meeting him. He is equally at ease with corporate CEOs and with beginning staff-level people. His easy humor and comfortable manner offstage is a reflection of the personable and pleasant way he will conduct himself on stage.

Lou believes he is really in the relationship business and he works hard every day to develop and nurture relationships with the people he serves from the platform. Many a meeting planner finds an envelope from Lou is his or her mailbox on a regular basis – usually filled with a newspaper or magazine article, a funny cartoon or anything else Lou thinks will make them smile and help them to see he is still thinking about them long after his engagement is over.

The vast majority of Lou’s business is from repeat customers or from referrals they give to him, a reflection of the weight he places on being a true business partner, colleague and friend.
